In 2009, Pedro Narbona and his family started the project Narbona Wines, a boutique winery focused on the sustainable production of fine wines. The winery has its own watershed and produces its own electricity, and all the wines are manually processed. The vintner’s philosophy is to produce high-quality wines using natural, environmentally friendly techniques.
Located near the city of Quillota, just 130 km from Santiago and 35 km from Viña del Mar, the Quebrada del Aji winery is surrounded by a forest of native trees indigenous to the south-central region of Chile. This magical setting is an ideal place to take a break from the fast-paced world and enjoy a moment of tranquility. Throughout the process of planting the vineyard and building the ecological winery, the family’s focus was on minimizing the ecological impact and interfering as little as possible in the surrounding ecosystem, creating a space where people can come together to relax, reconnect, and dream.
“My greatest reward is knowing that our wines are being enjoyed by the people we meet here,” said Pedro, who personally attends his guests in this lovely paradise.
